Free postage to Paraguay!
If anyone wants to send cards or letters to their friends in Paraguay I would be happy to take them down free of charge. :) We leave Sunday morning, April 3rd so please get your post to me before then.

Empanada Supper
My friend Arlis Miller and I are doing an empanada supper for a fund-raiser for a trip to Paraguay. We want to reconnect with friends we made down there when we were in service. The supper is planned for January 15, 2011 from 4-8 at Weavertown School. Admission is by donation. (suggested is $5/child, $8/adult, but feel free to give as you feel able) There will be a slide show with pictures of Paraguayan scenery and daily life. There will be several people serving Paraguay's national beverage, terere` for your refreshment. :) If you would like to help make empanadas call Judith at 468-6203.
